Scoop a small boule of White Cider & Apple sorbet into a glass of champagne and add a strawberry for festive indulgence
Starters
Arrange a slice of Honeydew Melon on a plate with a hole in the centre. Scoop a boule of Mango & Lime ice cream into the hole in the centre of the melon. Add Parma Ham on top of the sorbet. Decorate with leaves and drizzle with Balsamic reduction.
Desserts
Fresh Figs split down the middle, drizzled with honey and grilled make a delicious accompaniment to Mascarpone, Fig and Honey Ice Cream.
